There are not really any amazing snorkeling sites on Havelock, unless you take a boat out to more remote places...except at the lighthouse near the jetty (but there are often a lots of boats passing, which makes it a bit stressful) If you book a boat to take you out on 3-5 snorkeling spots, be sure that the boat guys know where you have been promised to go, before you go.
