  "We spent just one night at La Capilla. Everything is brand new....the room (despite a slightly musty scent in the bathroom) was spotless, the pool was bright and shiny. Our room had a private balcony which we didn´t use, but was nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Spa robes and slippers were a fun..." touch in the room! Bed was comfy and the room was pretty big. The location is really central to the restaurants and shops in town and just a short walk from the lake. In my research to book a hotel, I didn´t see anywhere online that they are either remodeling or brand new....but they clearly are. Things are just not quite finished yet. No rooms had any numbers on them, so we had to go back to reception to have someone walk us to our room (not sure how they thought we would find it on our own) The second floor of the building is clearly in progress and doesn´t have any guardrails. They are building a second story outdoor bar above the pool which will be nice, but right now is just a bunch... " More >

  "We stayed for a week at the end of April and beginning of May 2013 and we loved it! Our bedroom and bathroom were both large, light and immaculately clean with a selection of excellent shampoos, soaps, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. The hotel is at the quiet end of the bustling street leading to the beautiful main square and is an oasis of calm and cascading water.The swimming pool and surrounding gardens are lovely and the long suffering Jasper provided swimming towels whenever we needed them, no matter how late in the evening. There is also a small spa with a sauna; treatments or massages can be booked and we both enjoyed relaxing facials on our last evening.
