Amazing clam chowder on the ferry! I had it again on the trip back! Our car rental had stayed open for us and met us at the dock when we landed. The drive to Pacific Shores was about 30 minutes. We could have had better directions, but we also were exhausted. We should have brought our GPS. I had phoned ahead to alert staff to my husband's new mobility issue. They gave us a parking spot in the garage, next to the elevator, which took us right to our 3r floor room. Perfect! We were also close to the restaurant, which served excellent food.   "We had a great stay here as part of a time-share exchange. My wife, her mom, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pacific Shores. We had a view of Craig Bay from our two-bedroom unit. The unit had a full kitchen with dishes, a blender, and kitchen utensils. While we were unable to use the on-site gy..."m and pool due to a management dispute, the new management company provided free access to another gym very close to the resort. The alternative gym provided a much larger selection of equipment than the on-site gym and even offered free classes. We did not have a chance to look at the pool option we were offered as we were too busy seeing the sights nearby. Due to the management dispute we had to check in at an off-site location about 2 miles from Pacific Shores. This wasn't any great inconvenience to us as we had a car which you'll need to see the area attractions. All the staff we met, both old and new, were very friendly and informative.
