Additionally, I was there for a week's assignment. Neither the evenings nor the mornings were noisy at all. In fact, while indeed the parking spaces were full of locally working out-of-town contractors, there was never any sense of menace or rowdiness and I realized - from the few I spoke to - and common sense, these men work long hard days and return to the hotel to spend time decompressing. They're dog tired. They have a beer or two and enjoy perhaps an outdoor bite to eat but in all the times over a week I was in and out of my room, I never heard or encountered the slightest disruption. None. They rooms were well-appointed and clean -- everything looked new and well-cared for. The children enjoyed the pool, which was pleasant and, again, clean. Coffee and fresh fruit was available the whole time we were there, and a reasonable breakfast was included in the cost (ham, eggs, fruit salad, make-your-own waffles, breads/muffins, cereal, juice and coffee).
