The high level of customer service provided by both the front desk staff and maintenance staff was commendable. After checking into our room, we notic..."ed that a lightbulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps, so I walked over to the front desk to ask for a new bulb and a maintenance staff member (I wish that I'd gotten his name) came to the room about 10 minutes later to replace the bulb. Before he left, he noticed that our heater was off, so he asked if we were cold and showed us how to turn the heater on (we found that the room was a comfortable temperature, so we didn't feel the need to turn the heat on, but this attention to detail was highly appreciated).
