We had a beach view apartment which was spacious and it had an outside shower which added to the bare foot type living you can expect from Cassia Cottage. One slight criticism would be the breakfast which in my opinion was limited and the fruit juices /yogurts were not on ice and chilled. I guess in such temperatures this may be difficult!   "Cassia Cottage is an amazing hotel! I arrived one day later than i originally had booked, since my transportation out of Cambodia broke down. The hotel was really nice about it, and helped me get a refund for the missed night from Agoda. When i arrived I was given a fresh drink and a wet towel, whic..."h was appreciated after traveling quite far. The room was really nice, with a fan and air-con, big bathroom, and high-speed wifi. The restaurant served really good food so I ended up just eating there during my stay. They also showed movies each night at 7 and 9 pm, which I think is a nice touch. There were a bunch of families with small children there, so not so much a "party place". I only ended up staying two nights since there were scattered thunderstorms the whole time, which were forecast to stay for a week. The staff here are very helpful and can arrange moto's, tours and taxis at any time. They offer a complimentary massage at the best spa on the island, namely Mai spa. Sensational. Breakfast is now served on the beach in the new bungalow/bar setting and the staff here are wonderful as well.
