  "We've never been to the area and tend to go with "brand" hotels, but this one had a slightly better rate than the Super 8 across the road so gave it a try. Wow, what a little gem! First, the staff were all so friendly, really made us feel welcome. Our room was a king with a full kitchen. And the ..."real plus, the plasma cable TV! (Yes, we are 'those people' who need a TV. All of the motels in Glacier National Park were twice as expensive and no TV). The proximity to the Park was a real plus for us as we had a day hike planned and didn't want to trek all the way to Kalispell. There is a nice continental breakfast in the morning and they even have a Keurig, which was great since there is no Starbucks within 30 miles :) Creature comforts are important! They were also really helpful at suggesting places for dinner and to get gas. There are no hairdryers in the room but you can check one out from the desk, as well as videos and mini golf equipment.   "We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family and the national parks. The area is nice, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is amazing and huge! I'm not used to having to stretch my leg out completely across the bed and roll to find my husband on the other side, it is wonderfully soft and cushi..."oned. We slept like babes. The room has everything,mini fridge, coffee maker, iron,& board,but no hairdryer. Even the lower end motels that we stayed in had hair dryers, I think that they could have done without some of the decorative vases and bought something of use like a hairdryer! Also, they don't except pets. Which was an inconvenience for us, as we take our puppy everywhere. And he's a good boy, doesn't bark, crate trained, has very good hotel manners. I would be more understanding if they would charge a fee for pets, it would weed out the bad ones. I would much rather have my pet there than some of the people that rented the room next door... my dog has better manners than they did. ... " More >

  "Good course but the bald dude behind the counter is a knob! Asked for cotton shirts and why would you want a cotton shirt??? And asked for a 8 tee time , and said why go at 8 when there is lots at 9? I guess because at 8 they start shaving the greens from the dew, lots of people working on the cour..."se that early, like every 2nd hole someone off the side or on the greens or sand doing something. Fairways were good and the greens in the morning , you could stick but in the after noon you played the roll. Good cart lady, seen her 4 times in the afternoon game. " More >
