  "We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo from June 7th - 14th 2013. We contacted the staff because we were not sure if we could make the 7pm check in time, they worked with us making arrangements for our entry. As it turned out, we made it in time and they were most helpful with information about the ..."facilities as well as the surrounding area. We were given an owners card that allowed discounts at area restaurants and attractions. A bonus we were not expecting. There are no hair dryers in the units but the office staff happily provided one for our use while we were there. Our ironing board would not stay standing but when I reported it they had a brand new one delivered in about 15 minutes! The ONLY bad point is there is no wifi in the units, but the club house is available if need to use wifi only devices. Our unit was spotless and was more updated than the pictures I viewed before we arrived. Very comfortable! " More >

  "The grounds are nearly immaculate, beautifully landscaped, and well tended. The front bellstaff is courteous and quick. You are met by a wonderful and helpful desk staff. In fact, my credit card had hit its limit; a very frustrating experience. The desk manager assured me this was not the first ..."time, and she was able to make other payment accomodations. The rooms in the north building were secure, quiet and clean. The large walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. The room service was efficient, although I wish they had a larger menu. The lox & bagel was sublime. We did not use the marina. We have played on the lodge's golf course. Although the grass was somewhat dry at the time of summer we were there, it was still a fun outing. There are interesting shots to be made in the hills of the Ozarks. The front nine allows you to order a sandwich before arriving at the clubhouse.
