Housekeeping staff introduced themselves in the hall and told me to let them know if they could do anything for me. Great customer service! This hotel has a great location. Near lots ..."of shopping. We did not use any of the extras such as the pool or workout room. The restaurant was empty when we were there but looked very nice. Parking was great and I really appreciate that our car was in a well lit area. As for the cons, rooms with numbers above 15 on the end are closer to the interstate which was noisy at times. I just turned on the fan to the AC and that seemed to drowned it out. Rush hour in the morning was a bit noisier. There must be some weird law about the bathroom doors because they are huge and close automatically. Not really that big of an issue but there is no fan in the bathroom. That definitely satisfied us! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, it normally costs around ten dollars/person, so I don't think my husband and I would have eaten there had we not received the coupons. The room was comfortable and definitely served our needs for a one night stay. There were some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom (wallpaper beginning to peel) but overall no major issues and it worked for us.
