When I checked in (which was after midnight), the front desk staff was attentive, friendly, and great at acknowledging my HH status (I know that this is not always the easiest thing really late at night). In the morning, again, the staff was great about providing me directions and answering a couple questions I had about the area. The only reason that I deducted a point, was that the room I had was facing the pool area, and the air was humid and smelled of chlorine a bit. The best surprise was the pool area (in and out door hot tubs), a nice size pool, and an atrium that connects to a sports bar, We got free dink tickets at the front desk and enjoyed the bar. We ordered garlic pizza bread (FABULOUS!) and bruschetta as well. Everything was great! Breakfast in the morning included coffee, tea, jiuces, milk, cereal, waffles, omelettes, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, toast, and muffins.
