My only other trouble was that I had ask for shampoo and conditioner several mornings because the housekeeper didn't replace them. Other than that, my stay was exceptional. The lobby is warm and comfortable, the breakfast area is very comfortable and has ample seating. Everyone I spoke to was inviting and concerned about providing great customer service.
