  "Let me start by saying, I have stayed at many hotels, b and bs and inns. I have had some really wonderful stays and met some really lovely people in these places. But upon staying at the Inn on Carleton, it blows all of these places away 100%. I stayed in January when it was very chilly and ..."snowed for one whole day while I was there. I am from Australia so seeing snow was a real novelty :) I was greeted by Buddy who was so lovely and helpful and just nice! He helped me with my many bags and showed me around my room and where things were. The room I had was just beautiful. People at home were very jealous! Staying here just made my stay, with the snow falling outside/coating everything in sight that much more cozy and nice. I had a heater fireplace which made the room comfortable the entire time, and added to the charm of the stay. Excellent wifi too.   "I hadn't planned on writing a review of the Inn On Carleton. I see that it already has legions of fans who feel this is the best B&B on Earth. I figured, why add one more letter of adulation? I've already been a guest there twice in the last three months, so obviously I love the place. But aft..."er reading the three reviews by folks who consider this place merely "average," and -- judging by his response -- seeing the pain that it inflicts on Buddy, the innkeeper, I've decided that I need to stick up for him, and for Cindy, his equally dedicated assistant. No one could possibly work harder than these folks at making your stay the very best possible. They welcome you warmly, help you with your bags (if needed), offer you fresh-baked cookies, ask about your visit, make recommendations for your stay.   "Though check0in time was 3:00, I was able to check in earlier. My room wasn't ready, but that was okay as I needed tt take care of other plans and when I returned, again earlier than 3, my room was ready."
