  "I was with a group at our ham radio convention and made reservations the day our convention started. I was disappointed I could not get the radio convention rate of $65 per night. Instead I was offered a $98 rate and the room was far-removed from the activities. This was very disappointing. "

  "I asked for a room near an exit and got the perfect room for me. I was near the ice machine but not so close that the noise bothered me. The room was difficult to get warm, even when I turned the heat as high as it would go. The mattress had a bit of a curve"

  "Stopped on earlier trip to area and spoke with manager about seeing a room. He was very helpful, made good suggestions and arranged an excellent rate. Admittedly the hotel is 30 years old and it shows in the size of the bathrooms and some of the décor. Positives are the quietest heater/air condition..."er I've ever experienced in a hotel (we had occasion to use both modes). Bathroom surround was updated and equipped with hand held shower option. Very quiet place. No noise heard in a 4 night stay. Downsides are a CRT TV instead of "flat screen" (minor nitpick), and the room's rug needed cleaning. Bed was suitable if not extra comfortable. Again the value for the price paid rated 4 stars. Large room with couch, chair, desk, etc. Would stay again if able to grab at same price (we were there on a slow week). " More >
