  "I really liked this hotel as soon as you walk in you can see how great it looks inside with a few shops and a bar as well as the casino. The pool is wonderful as well, it is both inside and outside and the temperature is perfect not too hot and not too cold. It's only 3 ft deep but we still enjoyed..." it very much. there is also a hot tub to relax in as well. The room was great it was quiet and I was not woken by the noise of the bar which after reading some reviews about that before staying here I worried about.   "It's true. The room is always what you would expect from the Holiday Inn. And the staff are friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Check-in is quick. We stay here three or four time a year and will stay there again. But I have a complaint and here's why: First, I paid $100 more than usua..."l. It's my fault. I didn't have to go. But when I found out (from the front desk) that they raised the rates because of a convention in town I felt like I was being gouged. Second, when I commented on this to Holiday Inn they ignored me in spite of a promise of a comment back to me with 5 days. Didn't happen. Third, I tried to post that in a review and it was declined as having irrelevant informaiton in it. Maybe they are embarrassed. So, that brings me to TripAdvosor. Not because of a bad room experience, but because of a poor customer communication issue. Here's my advice - Stay there. It's close to things. The rooms are nice enough and the staff are great. T...
