The golf course is great- cheaper rates after 4:00 but we think they should discount or comp golf for frequent gamblers!   "Now everyone know's how much Vicki likes to gamble, so it's no surprise we would wind up at Belterra one of these day's. Our room was nice, but the smell of this smoking room was not very good, as a matter of fact, it really stunk (1060). I guess it was to be expected, I mean we did get a smoking r..."oom, and there isn't a window. It was bad.. Now the bed was comfortable, very much so, but an old t.v, I mean it might of been a Philco. Where was the L.E.D ? Really small, and don't even think about reading the crawl on ESPN. The casino is way to small, and not very nice. My salad at the quick grill, may as well of been a crouton salad with some awful cheese on it. Now I'am into golf and the practice area was excellent, and for all the ball's you can hit for $10.00, plus chipping and putting.   "It's not Vegas, but it works!"
  "We love Vegas and the casinos and hotels there, but wanted a quick getaway close to home. We chose the Belterra because it's about an hour outside of Cincinnati. It wasn't Vegas, but we had a decent time and I would go back. Pros: The hotel is very large and feels kind of "Vegas-like" in scale, ..."anyway. Check-in was quick and easy, there are lots of elevators, and surface parking is widely available. There is an outdoor pool and a nice hot tub and you have a view of the golf course from the pool. There are numerous restaurants and a few gift shops, stores, and a Starbucks. I like the lobby area and it was never crowded or crammed to get in and out. The room we had was very spacious (standard King room, non-smoking) and was on a non-smoking floor, which I really appreciated. I liked the bed-- very soft-- and the bedding, and there was a Cuisinart coffeemaker. The casino had a good variety of slots, table games, and poker and there were beverage girls.
