They only clean weekly and it is a studio. After one month, you get part of your taxes refunded and if you stay, do not continue to pay any tax.The towels are very poor quality, hard and scratchy, and pillows plastic, which are not good for sleeping on. You have to replace all essentials (toilet paper etc) Another customer mentioned the regular clerk, Lindsey. No, she does not go out of her way to be friendly but does the job. It is a great deal for extended stay. Oh, they also charge a refundable deposit of $50 for phone and something else, which you get returned when you leave.   "Newly renovated and extremely clean room/bathroom. Only thing that I found off was threat there was virtually nowhere to put your belongings - no dressers, almost no shelving, nothing.
