Decor was a bit odd, with the yellow and blue, but can't complain. Free mini chocolate every day was a nice touch. It was May, room temperature perfect. Quite impressed that the fridge had a button to make it sleep for 8 hours, to not disturb at night. It was always quiet, never had any noise issues at night from outside or neighbouring rooms. Bath with overhead shower was powerful. Shower head was oddly low down though, had to stoop to wash hair. Maid service flawless, bed was always perfect on my return.   "What a stunningly beautiful place to stay and ski. The service is well thought out for all of the guests staying in and around the lodge; it is very welcoming and family friendly. I was very impressed with the events they had planned for the whole family as we were there over spring break/Easter. Bu..."t the best part was the very last day we skied and then enjoyed after ski music and drinks at the base of the mountain knowing that we would be able to jump on a shuttle back to the lodge and not have to worry about driving after a long day of skiing and a few cocktails. The only down side was when I arrived home and unpacked only to realize that my new ski parka was nowhere to be found. I called the lodge and they put me in touch with their lost and found department who found my down coat and shipped it back to me. I still have no idea where in the resort I left it but the staff of all of the properties work together to get lost items back to their owners. Thank you! " More >
