The innkeepers were extremely nice and anxious to do whatever we needed to make our stay comfortable. I needed the handicap accessible accommodat..."ion (Patriot's Haven) and it was very satisfactory - has a nice shower (but no shower seat) with lots of safety bars and its own exterior entrance - or you can easily get through the main part of the house (I use a fairly large power chair). Only negative for handicapped accommodations is that the bathroom is small if you are in a chair full time (I am still mobile so used my walker in the bathroom). Room included a small fridge which was nice for our leftovers from Giovanni's, also a microwave. Enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker and especially the wi-fi (have to stay connected). Was within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants and a park on the Peace River. Regina and Steve and family were great hosts.
