We could literally roll out of our bed and within a few dozen steps be on the beach. Both the kids loved the huge grass area i..."n front of the walk-out (pretty cool playing ocean front soccer) and the corner unit gave the place a sense of privacy you don't often find. We had a few cool days but the kids were still able to swim(heated pool) and we all enjoyed going to seaside(about a 5 min drive). The condo was clean and seemed much bigger because of the ground floor location. I wish the grills would have been a little closer but it was still a pretty short walk. Overall, our stay was great! We have been traveling to Destin/30-A for the last 7 years and this will be the place we will book from now on. " More >

  "We just returned from a 4 night stay in D7 Palms at Seagrove. This unit is well stocked and very clean. (The couches could use some cleaning.) We have stayed in almost every unit in this complex....some are well decorated and some need some updating. We have been staying here for about 15-16 years...". We like this complex because each unit has 2 full baths and even for 2 people no one is crowded out of the bathroom! Whether you stay gulf front or gulf side you are just a few steps from the beach. When we plan our stay we always check out several units to pick out the unit we think we would like. We have rented from Seagrove on the Beach Realty and Garrett Realty and have never had a bad experience with either. We spend Thanksgiving week each year here and will return again in November. These are great condos, just check out the ones that are available and choose the one you think you would like. " More >
