The front desk staff was quite rude. Housekeeping was hit or miss. This year, on our anniversary, we decided to try again after seeing on TripAdvisor that management had changed. Wow, has it ever! We got the lovely room we requested. The furnishings were all updated. Pam, at the front desk, could not have been nicer and was so very attentive when we arrived.
