Using a plunger caused a back up in the showers. That kind of thing happens -it is how the situation is handled that is important.. Lesley responded very quickly and got someone out in the morning to look at it. When it couldn't be fixed right away she volunteered to move us to another home - I didn't even have to ask. She arranged for it to happen quickly and followed up with us to make sure we were doing well.   "We stayed for 3 days in unit #3. The room is very up to date and big. It looks out over the beach. Everyone was very friendly, especially Pam the manager. Pictures make it look like an old dumpy motel, but it isn't. It is very clean and well cared for. Although it is tucked in among houses, in..." a 5 minute drive you can have all the shopping and fast food you could want on the Tamiami Trail.
