Maid service every day, to empty buckets and replenish shampoo etc. TV in every room, massive super comfy beds. I loved the way the pool area is enclosed and overlooked by many of the suites. No noise issues for us as I see some mention. Different offers available each day at the poolside and entertainment some afternoons. Tranquil, peaceful and the pool area was very clean and staff maintained a low profile, never on the hard sell (when it comes to pushing drinks etc).   "I was a bit worried to stay here due to reading the previous reviews. However, I was pleasently surprised. We had a nice room, which I do not think was renovated. There were 6 of us in a two bedroom. More than enough space and privacy. I loved the screened in balcony - this was great for the ev..."enings. The room was basic as I mentioned, but very clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. I found the beds very comfortable and very cozy. Air conditioning worked fine. The water did not get cold, however, so we had to buy quite a bit of bottled water. The resort is HUGE. So do not expect to be able to walk everywhere if you are in a hurry. It took us twenty minutes to walk from the front gate to our suite. They do offer a golf cart service to all guest, and they are very prompt. They come within 5 minutes of you calling them. It's located in downtown Celebration which is very cute. Lots of restaurants and little shops within walking distance from the hotel. It pretty clo..."se to the Disney parks as well - no more than a 15 minute drive. As soon as you pull up into the drive, it looks very bohemian and tropical with outdoor lounge seating. The lobby has the same trendy feel with a lot of chairs and couches to lounge on. Very modern decor. Looks just like the photos on the website. The front desk is an oversized desk with bench seating in front of it which was very personable. You can order drinks and food in the lobby and they also have a few tables set up for dining.
