The restaurant seems to be pretty popular with locals, definitely with those working in the adjacent office buildings, and it was annoying to not be able to get a table for dinner. Instead, we were relegated to the bar area with sub-par service and an inferior menu selection. I am a big advocate of hotel restaurants giving some sort of priority to hotel guests, and the restaurant should have tables set aside for guests.
