We stayed in Room 3 which was the only room without en-suite, but this did not matter, as we still had our own private bathroom down the corridor. Room very bright and airy, a little on the small side, but very clean. Bed comfortable wit..."h clean towels provided both days. Hairdryer in room along with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was super and very large, served between 9am and 10am. Stayed for evening meal one of the nights - it was very, very good. Staff all friendly. Only down side was there was no where to park, but this was not the fault of the Inn. All in all, a very good choice. Oh husband liked the different beers on offer. Good location too. " More >

  "Stayed at The Schooner on Sat 13th April, we were given Room 29 which was roomy, very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. A nice relaxing day, followed by a brilliant night , lots of spooky goings-on with the brilliant Ray Bokor!
