I popped in to ask for a single room for one night and was offered one for 60 pounds on the first floor. The building is quite oldfashioned with very thick walls that date back to anno 1800. When taking a shower you have to climb into a high bathtub and if you are a little taller than 1.76m your head will touch the ceiling. The hot and cold water tabs are quite difficult to handle as too close to the wall. The WiFi in-house Internet connection only works occasionally and is so weak that you have to leave your room to get your laptop to work in the lobby. On the morning of my departure I could get nothing at all, which I found very inconvenient. Dinner in the restaurant was an absolute delight. There is ample off road car parking, a real plus in a country town. The hosts were lovely, friendly and efficient. They have the B&B offer off to a fine tee, having many years of experience behind them. The breakfast choice was very good with fresh fruit on offer each morning.
