  "My husband and I stayed at Meadow View bed and breakfast May 19 and were very pleased with our stay. Visitor beware, however, Trip Advisor and Google maps claim that the b&b is located at the corner of R162 and Slane Rd. That is not the case. The B&B is approximately 1 kilometer east of that inters..."ection on the left side of the road. When we finally found the place, we were delighted with how gorgeous the gardens and the home was! Despite having arrived late in the evening, Nora welcomed us with open arms. She suggested a number of restuarants for us to try and told us not to worry about coming back late. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was quite a bit of choices in cereals, fruit and yogurt, as well as a cooked Irish breakfast. Thank you, Nora, for the wonderful stay!   "really enjoyed our stay in bellinter. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids.We stayed in the stables which were very comfortable and spacious. Lovely tea/coffee making facilities and lovely fluffy robes for all of us. We all got to enjoy the pool before dinner which was clean and warm and safe for kids(..." ages 8, 11 and 13). The outdoor hot tub was pure heaven! We ate in Eden restaurant for dinner which was delicious, even though the choices were limited.Dessert was to die for. Kids were able to borrow books and dvd from the library for the night. Breakfast was again delicious. Fresh bread and danishes. Friendly and helpful staff.   "The Killyon provided a comfortable and gracious home away from home when we first landed in country. We spent 6 nights. Its a 15-20 minute walk to town center and across the road from a more than adequate restaurant/pub. Though we came for the spring equinox temps, were -1 to 5 C on a warm day! ..."The heat in our room was kept on the low side and when we asked about this, everyone rose to the occasion with hot water bottles, a lovely bathtub and unlimited access to the kitchen for hot drinks to help us stay dry, warm and inspired. The ensuite rooms are cozy. Ours overlooking the Boyne River was quiet and bright. What deserves ABSOLUTE RAVES are the amazing breakfasts which in our 5 weeks traveling throughout Ireland, were unequaled. Killyon owner Michael Fogarty is an artist in the kitchen and a gracious host. Among other pleasures of the Killyon, this one stands way out.
