The room was clean, modern, and seems to be recently updated. Room was on the side of the hotel facing the I-10 freeway, but was surprisingly very quiet inside.   "We travel from Rocky Point to the west side of Phoenix Az about once every month and have stayed at various hotels. We stayed at this hotel a while back and were impressed with the workers and the amenities while there, so when we planned our next trip ,we decided to try them again. We stayed 1 nite..." on wednesday and were pleasantly surprised when we found out that they had a free dinner for guests. I guess every wednesday they have something different. When we checked in, the first thing they asked us was if we would like a free upgrade to a queen suite with a jacuzzi tub. How could we turn it down?. I commented to a young lady at the front desk that the dinner and the room were great. It turned out that she was the sales mgr and her name was Jeanette Serrano. All of the employees were exceptionally nice and informative,so if you want a nice hotel on the west side try this hotel. Tell them Mike sent you and don't forget your free chocolate chip delights.
