Yes this hotel has a travel desk and has well maintained and comfortable cars for Darjeeling sightseeing. But upon that they have very good drivers which they make you feel more comfortable then the car . Extremely Polite and well cultured. The rest of Hotel Staff is ever ready to serve your service requests inside the hotel. Food is excellent and yes someone could not afford to miss the Dal made by sweet Didi, which we had almost every night of our stay. And we are never gonna forget Didi and Dal made by her.   "This was my first visit to a boutique hotel. My first impression was not that great. The hotel is in a bye lane of Darjeeling very close to the main market. It is on the top floor of a 5-stoery residential apartment. Once, we were settled we started liking the place. The staff was good and check..."-in was smooth. We chose the attic room and it provided a unique experience. The room gives you a very good view of Darjeeling. The room is completely wooden giving you a feeling of a traditional maharaja room. Very spacious and clean. Bathroom was not upto the mark and there were cockroaches in the toilet area. The restaurant area was very good, providing a very good view and some nice reading material. It gives you a very homely feeling. The food was average. The kitchen had a strong odour of Non veg food. Being a vegetarian, I found it difficult to eat there.
