But i dont know emergency exit if fire/damage happen,except lift. It's risky because location in 6th-11st floor of duta mall. Fast check in/out, smart,attentive,profesional and discipline receptionist(Retno)-she warn her mate which interupt queue-great job Retno, great clean spacious room and bed, delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool (but displayed swimmer to all guest-i never use this pool-just looking garden and clear water of pool).
