  "we went here last august and had a brill time from start to finish,the apartment was modern and well presented,we were shocked to read some of the negative reports on here about the rainbow complex as we had no bad moments and anytime we needed to speak to the staff at reception for what ever reason..." they were nothing but helpful the apartment was self catering so we ate out most nights as there is lots of places to choose from either the restaurant on site or the many in the center you can choose from which is short distance only 5 minutes away on the regular bus that takes you straight there,in the center you wouldn't be lost for things to do there are lots of restaurants/bars/clubs also many shops and market stalls to look around,also we loved to beach there was lots to do and it was very clean,we also went to the local aqua park which was brill and wasn't far to travel just 10 minutes in taxi,all in all we had great time and we are booking again in 2014 " More >

  "Didn't book so arrived on spec. Price of 60 Lev for the room with sea view was very acceptable. The room was clean and tidy and whilst the shower tray leaked the "wet room" outlet worked ok. We ate in the resturant both for evening meal and breakfast next morning with no complaints at all. At 3am w..."e were woken by some muppet playing disco type music. Not particularly loudly but a constant thump thump. Couldn't work out whether it was from our hotel or adjoining as all Bulgarian Hotels suffer from rubbish noise insulation anyway.   "This was our 2nd visit to Bulgaria & we have to say 2nd time round was much better. We stayed in hotel Bay, all inclusive (there are 3 the Palace 5*, Bay & Mare 4*) all set in lovely surroundings with a short walk to the beach. Transfer was 30 mins from airport. Would highly recomend Bay room 321, i..."t gave us a view of the sea, the Palace pool & also a dome shaped window at the front of the hotel. Room was large with air con. Fridge in room, hairdryer in bathroom. Sky tv but no English channels. Hotel was constantly being cleaned throughout the day. What can we say, the bar staff are friendly & efficient. Animation Team made our holiday, with having a 4 1/2 yr old, they provide a mini club during the day & change the activities for them, our little boy loved it! On an evening kids mini disco 8.30pm-9pm. Then entertainment by animation team 9.30pm-10.30pm. All 3 hotels can use the slides/castle pools which are fab!
