We took a bus to Ulcinj, then a taxi ride across the border to Shkodra where Florian welcomed us into his home. Rooms were very stylish, and the restaurant mind blowing (I never eat in hotel restaurant but I forced myself to make an exception). Full works for two with wine each was just 30€! Best dining ..."over two weeks of traveling round the Balkans. Shower leaked a bit of water, which I felt compelled to mop up, that's the only reason why I don't give 5 stars. I suppose if I didn't bother I'd have given it the full 5. They are currently building for the summer, but we weren't disturbed by the noise as all (I there was noise) Breakfast was different, but as its homemade I would expect nothing less.
