  "We were looking for a place to break journey on a long drive down the I-5. We'd planned on stopping earlier, but the Best Western there was full. (We use BWs as much as possible - good standard accommodation.) This was the next one down the road, so we booked it. The room was quite large and comfort..."able, and looked like it had been recently remodeled. It felt like a safe area, which is important when coming in late at night. What we liked: - Friendly, helpful check-in. - Easy-to-find location (though even so we missed one turn and had to loop back) - Near a Denny's, which was convenient for dinner because we arrived so late most other places were shut. - The beds were *very* comfortable. - The climate control in the room was perfect. - Free wi-fi internet that worked well. Not so good: - Didn't like the bathroom layout with the washbasin *in* the room. You can't wash up without disturbing anyone who's sleeping. - Breakfast is only until 9 a.m., and we missed it. 10... Stephanie (the manager) has been great accommodating our ever growing crew (9 of us) and has managed to juggle things around to find us all rooms despite the fact we had planned to move to our next work location in April. Bill is "the man". He covers the front desk on Mondays when we check-in and is always making sure we get our favorite rooms. Will be glad when we finally move to our next location as far as work goes, but will be sad to leave our friends at Comfort Suites in Albany. " More >
