They are spacious and have a care- peaceful design. It is relaxing and the beds are very good. So after a tough day, so are garanteed a good rest. All the rooms have large balconies and nice views. The hotel has a few start up problems, that are being solved bit by bit. The biggest problem is the service. Restaurant and bar personel do not speak english very well, but will not admit to that, which makes communication challenging. There are 3 places to eat, the buffet restaurant. Not great, by any standard. The sushi restaurant, allways full, but poor quality of food and slow. And then the bar, nice bar menu, but be prepared to wait for more then an hour! Th... " More >

The reception makes an effort to deliver 5 * service but struggle with english. If you are patient you will see that they really try. The rooms are traditonal layout and american style. Decent size bathrooms. Be aware to request non smoking. As smoking is allowed every where in the hotel, as indeed in most Russian hotels and restaurants.   "I went to Sochi for some meetings about the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, and I was booked in to the Radisson. I was pleasantly surprised...!! Check-In was easy, and within a few minutes I was on my way to my room in a glass elevator looking out over a central atrium. The room was a good size wi..."th all the facilities you would expect to find in a hotel of this class. My room had a balcony, and from what I saw most rooms have one. The view immediately outside the hotel was pretty much a massive building site, but that said it wasn't bad, and it was nice to see the Olympic Park too. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The Wi-Fi was free and it worked well too. The hotel has a number of restaurants. I ate in two of them. The main restaurant is a buffet style, and I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. They were all good, but you'd soon get bored of it - as I did.
