We had a lake view and balcony which was great. The lounge and bar were well provided with good seating and attentive staff. The restuarant provided excellent food for evening meals and a large buffet for breakfast which spoilt us for chioce. But remember that most tourists rise early so evening meals are not taken late. The staff tried to be helpful, but there a bit of mix communication when we tried to book our return overnight bus trip on the same day. Seat availability and prices seemed to change depending on which staff we spoke to. However Ingrid accompanied us to the bus station and made sure we got onto the right bus - a nice thing to do!
