Coming as a late last minute arrival without pre booking the staff were very forth coming and friendly. We booked 2 rooms 1 with balcony the other without. Both rooms had identical interior. Beds wer..."e comfortable and bathrooms very spacious and clean. Given the choice I recommend taking the room with balcony as it makes for a stunning place to have coffee in the morning but my travel companion had the luck of this room. However I can not mention faults about the slightly smaller room. Friendly check in, patient staff despite arriving at a late hour. I highly recommend this. " More >

The building is beautiful and make you feel warm, the staff have this genuine kindness and the service is excellen..."t. They remember what you like and make sure to provide it. The food is really good, I also tried the Spa and i wasnt disappointed at all. For the food, the whole Menu is good but their Risotto and their Ice Tea is a must.   "With a few nights spare before heading to Fes and after part of our trip in Morocco had not entirely gone according to plan we were pleasantly surprised when we got to Ifrane. We'd read about this European-style town of course, but seeing clean streets (with bins) after 10 days of filth everywhere w..."as a very welcome sight. The staff of one of the hotels where we checked availability was downright rude, and although there are signs for the Best Western hotel everywhere they just kept us driving around town and nobody seemed to know where it was located exactly, not even the police officers. So up the hill it was to the Michlifen. We managed to get a good deal for the night for a room with a large terrace overlooking the pool. We used the lovely indoor pool (had it all to ourselves), had a to-die-for meal in the restaurant and a fabulous sleep in the more-than-luxurious king size bed.
