The rooms are slightly bigger than the usual business hotels in Japan and actually had a place to sit and relax which was a bonus. The staff were freindly and as helpful as they could be, although there were only a few English speaking staff. I would suggest (if you like soft pillows) to take your own, as this hotel has the standard Japenese pillows which are hard on one side and appear to have cut up straws in the other side (apparently for good air circulation.
