  "Nice clean hotel but food wasnt really so good the rooms were clean the restaurant stuff was helpful but the restaurant manager was so ungenial l dont think that he suits the hotel one day we wanted to take food to our sick friend in his room but he didint let l do it :(( also manager with ..."long and gray hair must smile more he is like a walkin daed l dont no his job all he was doing just walking around with grim face.. the hotel itself doesnt have a beach but in certain times they take u there with bus.. the animation team was so friendly and helpful especially morat he was so kind and his yoga and water gym was great if u go to palmin you must see him he speaks great english he is so funny isa is also nice and funny.   "I was a little anxious about staying the Palmin Sunset Plaza, due to the many negative reviews. However, I was very pleasantly surprised! We arrived at approx. 4.20am (during thunder and lightening), to be greeted by a line of staff ready to take our bags directly to our rooms, and to check us in...." There were 3 of us in one room, so it was a little cramped, but the view of the beautiful pool area & the ocean more than compensated for this. Our cleaning lady was amazing and our towels were changed every day and our bed covers arranged in a different fancy design (which always brought a smile to our faces), if we need extra toilet paper etc,, it was done - no problem. We found all the staff to be extremely efficient, courteous, and professional, with a special mention to 'Elvis' and Murat :-). We had a lovely 'Turkish Bath' and massage the 1st day we arrived as it was extremely stormy with heavy rain & although it was a little more expensive than in the centre of town etc,, it was w...
