  "Had a lovely 12 nights here, can't really say much that hasn't already been said. The staff were lovely and very friendly felt like we were leaving good friends behind when we left. The food was fantastic best we have anywhere and always very well presented, didn't struggle to find anything we didn'..."t like once. Didn't eat at the Chinese so can't comment on that, we were quite happy with the main restaurant.The waiters were always very attentive (ours was Chaieb) and we never had an empty glass once! I agree with some of the other reviews that the room was tired and needed some tlc but that said it was perfectly adequate and cleaned to a high standard everyday so it in no way spoilt the holiday, the staff and food more than made up for that. Loved sitting in comfy seats in the foyer in the evenings having a drink or two before we went for our evening meal we were the later sitting. Food is mainly catered for German visitors but there is still quite a variety to chose from - so something for everyone. Entertainment during the day and night is fun and allows you to j..."oin in and meet other guests which is what we look for on a good holiday. The beach isn't far and is just a short (ish) walk along a lovely flowered path. We would defo recommend the spa - especially at the start of your holiday - felt really relaxed and the skin felt fab afterwards. All in all we would recommend this hotel and thankfully we didn't take the previous negative reviews too seriously - couldn't believe they were talking about the same hotel!! " More >

  "I have literally just walked through the door after visiting this hotel for the 4th time. Myself and parents have visited this hotel 14times between us and I love it here. We arrived at the hotel around 12, and was greeted with a cold towel an fresh orange which was very refreshing after travelling..." in a clapped out minibus from the airport (booked my own transfer through holiday taxis) were taken straight to our room (280) this was by the tennis court and our balcony overlooked the building work that was going on but didn't hear any noise from this at all, I'm told that this is an extension to the hotel and is due to open in may 2014 under the name orangers gardens. Room was fine, air con worked and bed was comfortable, only spent time in the room to sleep as I don't go away to spend time sat in the bedroom. Staff are great, all cannot do enough for you, Anis, Salim, Montasser, Hamdi and Ben certainly go out of their way.restaurant staff again work tirelessly to bring you drinks and... " More >
