All that said: - Wow, I have never, ever had such communication problems in a hotel such as this. Few of the staff could speak English. Front desk was 'ok' and concierge was fine, But, honestly, even at front desk it was a hit or miss proposition. - WiFi: As another poster indicated - this is a serious annoyance. Its unbelievable that a supposedly business-friendly hotel doesn't have this down pat. Inconsistent access and constant need to refresh an endless password of gibberish. Extremely irritating.
