  "Stayed for 2 nights, the beach and pool was great and not crowded. Quite a number of activities (both inside or outside the hotel) to join, but a bit expensive. Room was a bit small though. Breakfast was good, overall service was good. "

  "Whisked away by a private car from the ferry terminal to the resort upon our arrival. We were welcomed into the resort and promptly attended to by Ms Rie at the Front desk. Serene and peaceful and privacy was great :) The villa we had was located right in the end of the lane and furthest in. It was beach front facing. Very gorgeous seafront. Zen moments. The probable only downside if you are a single female traveller is .. it gets really dark once the night sets in and walking along the path away back to the villa can be a lil daunting. otherwise, all is good. A tip for the room: Do use the insecticide and spray clean your room first once you enter it.   "This is probably our 4th visit. Quite a bit of renovation has been done. The jacuzzis has been converted and much better now. The daybed has been extended however the bed is abit too high. The explanation is for us to see the sea first thing we are up but each time we try to get up the bed in th..."e middle of the night, it is an issue. In general the renovation has improve the facilities in the rooms however simple maintainence is still lacking, eg, I tried to lock the door on the way out, the lock kept turning round and round. After a few tries, I opened the door and check on the inside and realize the complete catch was turning!! The pool by the beach is always the nice feature of the hotel however the age is showing by the wooden slates at the poolside. So take care when at the poolside. Lots of insects at the beach front. Beach has been pretty well clean up. Food; this was a sore topic between my husband and I. The room service menu is pretty lacking. We finally agreed... " More >
