  "We went to this hotel in early May. We were hesitating as we liked a few other hotels in Hurghada as well but we definitely made a good decision. First the most important thing - the hotel staff. They were really amazing, they were always there whenever we needed something but they never ever bot..."hered us... Never asked for a tip or looked upset when we couldn't give them. Obviously they were happy when we gave them a dollar or two (in most cases we did give), but they were always always very nice. Special thanks to the 2 guys in the gym, they were fantastic, professional and really helpful. The food was also great, obviously the restaurant was mostly packed during breakfast and dinner (not that bad during lunch) but still plenty of food and a wide variety all the time. When I say great please keep in mind that this is a huge holiday resort, so don't expect a luxurious dining experience rather decent, tasty food with self service.   "We have just returned from a great two week holiday here. The beds are very hard .. even with a topper ,, but you get used to them :) The staff here ..are generally fantastic , smile .. and you get a bigger one back ! Special thanks to Hassan our lovely towel boy . Hossam, B..."ell Boy .. Salama in the pool bar ..:) Ali in the lobby bar , Mostafa and Karam Pizza makers ! Young Ahmed our cleaner ... a very tolerant cleaner !! Abeer the beauty lady .. Sam the photographer .. Oh and Waleed .. does an awesome hand massage !! :) Its such a relaxing place to be. The gripes we had were , If you are on a Thomas cook Holiday, and go on a trip, ( we had a private trip to Luxor) we were not allowed to have a breakfast box to take with us for a 5.30am start . If it was a TC trip .. we could have had one . ???? Another issue was to book an a la carte meal .. we had to stay up until 12am .. when the change over to the next days p... " More >
