  "I stayed here for three nights before a cruise in the Galapagos. The room was clean. The location is very convenient. It was more than you could expect for $22/night. The woman who runs it was incredibly nice and helpful."

  "Upon arrival we were shown two rooms, one much smaller, a bedroom and shower only and another, larger room, that also had a nice kitchen/dining area. We opted for the latter, but immediately discovered that the gas stove does not have a gas. The room overlooked the nice garden, the dining area was spacious with a small fridge, table, two chairs, pots, pans, plates, utensils. It had all we needed to prepare the breakfasts. The bathroom was tiny, but sufficient, the place was quite clean. The guest can use Laura’s cloth line to hang their cloth to dry. The wifi did not really work in the room, we always had to go to the front area. Jan gave us overview of the island and its attractions and suggested a tour operator for Kicker rock, who we did not end up using as their prices were much higher then the competitors. " More >

  "We stayed for one month at the Galapagos Eco Lodge and we loved it! Almost everything was perfect. The room has all you could ask for: a huge and comfortable bed, a fridge, a microwave, a small table with 2 chairs, a good shower with hot water, good air conditioning and internet access. But most ..."importantly it was kept impeccably clean at all times. The only downside of the rooms is that they look to the (not yet completely finished) garden and have no view. The internet connection was not always very stable but sufficient to check your mails. The big and very tasty breakfast Lucrecia prepares every morning is the perfect start to an adventurous day in the Galapagos. She is very inventive and during our one month stay we hardly got the same breakfast twice. You can enjoy the famous pancakes or delicious fruit salads with yoghurt and granola from the top of the hotel in the new dining room that has a stunning panoramic view of the island and the harbor.
