The best example to give is that those sleeping downstairs could hear the upstairs guests' phone vibrate in the middle of the night. Their B&B caters to only two sets of guests at a time, so their attention to guests' needs can be reasonably focused. Situated right on one of the Vineyard's bus stops, this B&B's rural setting, large yard, outdoor deck, and mammoth acreage of conservation land directly across the street, are all big plusses (not to mention getting a highly-prized beach pass -- for free -- to the renown Lucy Vincent beach!).
