La Casona is DEFINITELY a boutique experience--just 11 rooms around the most beautiful and authentic courtyard we saw in Peru. We had drinks at the Palacio Nazarenas across the street, and we definitely preferred the intimacy of La Casona. Both are wonderful properties, but Nazarenas definitely felt more like a bigger chic hotel trying to emulate the historic nature we truly had at La Casona.
