  "I was in Santiago on business from May 6 - 10, 2013, and chose the Marriott over other hotels in the Las Condes and Vitacura sections of the city because I can always count on Marriott to deliver a consistent facility and staff experience. That said, here are my thoughts and observations from my st..."ay. 1) Without question, and no matter what time of the day or night, the entire staff at this facility was outstanding! The bellmen, housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant personnel all spoke excellent English, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. One could argue that this is expected of the people who work in the hospitality industry, however I've lost count of the number of times where I have left a hotel/resort feeling less than satisfied w their commitment to making my stay their top priority.
