Prices are fixed (so this is not a place to try your negotiating skills), and during late March and April 2013 they usually sold every room for the night by that afternoon or evening. Showers were hot, laundry was clean and fast when speed was requested (apparently in real laundry machines, not by hand), WiFi was reliable even during load-shedding, and electricity was reliable when there was power to be had.
