We had stayed numerous times in their sister property Tikida Dunas and had always enjoyed our stays there. our first bedroom had an overpowering smell of damp but the hotel relocated us to a higher floor fairly quickly so that was not a ..."problem. The room was excellent very comfortable and well appointed. The food in all outlets was very very good. Large buffets with broad choices. the service however is where they score big marks with me. Consistently polite staff all trying to please and all pleasant with it. We were there for seven nights and used all the facilities. we really could not fault anything even if we wanted to. Perhaps the hotel is a bit on the large size for our liking but that is a subjective opinion and that would not bother others. In saying that it did not really bother us.   "may 2013. room 029. 10 nights. gatwick flight. any rooms that are low odds are going to get a nearly north facing balcony,catching late afternoon sun.but it is really quiet,this did not affect our holiday at all. the bed is too comfortable,the room large and clean with a really nice sofa.it has a b..."ath/shower,seperate toilet and warm water bidet....luxury. a/c unit is whisper quiet. the food was first class as was the service,we ate in the fish restaurant one evening,very nice,didn't try the morrocan as the main restaurant food was varied, all comments by other guests about the morrocan were good.the public areas are pristine,as are the toilets. apparently there is a nightclub... we didn't hear a thing. there is nightly entertainment which,due to space restrictions,is limited,but, by no means poor. there are a lot of steps and just a few ramps,this can be a problem to some guests.it is being looked at by the management team. this is predominately a french hotel, we had no problems...
