He was literally there at our beckoned call & we felt so well taken care of we hadn't a care in the world. I wished we had spent way more time on Utila on the Boat House as opposed to the majority of our time on Roatan.   "Super caring staff without any patronizing; just deep, heart-felt full effort to make sure everything was just as one wanted. Personalized and professional to the max! Transfers could have been complicated but Utopia has this down to a science for a smooth coordinated transfer (puddle jumper to car ..."to boat) once we left the airport. We had a top floor corner unit with adequate AC plus separate fan so it was quiet and cool enough for us- as we are very light sleepers. I got lots of sand flee/no see um bites even though my husband did not so would advise bringing something for the itching. Dining room was occasionally a little warm but the ocean breeze was always there to help. Food was very fresh and good but if the day's choices weren't appropriate, they would make something up to your liking so no problems here. We all loved the 4pm snacks too! Diving was as good as the area could provide and Fedi is a top notch DM. We missed the whale sharks as this was the tail end of the season but... " More >
