There is a small shopping centre 5 minutes walk away, with a few bars should you need to venture away from all inc. and a supermarket which has just about everything you may need if you forgot to pack something. There is no beach in Maioris contrary to what one reviewer wrote, the nearest is at Arenal. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus at 10am and 11am returning at 4 or 5pm and there is also a regular public bus service which stops right outside the hotel. In addition to Arenal a free bus is provided to Palma, but it is quite a long day 9am to 6pm. It's a 20-30min trip. The public buses are more frequent and only cost 5.80 euros return.   "We arrived late at night and our rooms were ready waiting for us, spotlessly clean, We thought the choice of food and quality was excellent, Continental type or fried Breakfast, Buffet type evening meal with several choices, If we had a complaint it would be about the Bread rolls, sometimes they ..."were soft but mostly too hard. We went everywhere by Bus which is cheap and fast, Now for the Bad bit, we were there in May and it seems that we hit the Local spanish Holiday season, the Hotel catered for this to the exclusion of any entertainment in English at all, but other than that well worth what we paid and it deserves its 3 Stars.
