On arrival the walk-in rate for a studio was offered with Euro 40 (same as on all the aggregators) and also offered a 1-bed..."room flat for just 5 Euros more.   "Can be confusing, there are 3 Tasia Maris premises in close proximity, the Tasia Maris Hotel, Tasia Maris Sands and Tasia Maris Gardens. The main photo shown here is not Tasia Maris Gardens! They are all located on the edge of Ayia Napa not Nissi Beach as advertised. Tasia Maris Gardens frontage ..."is to the main road, but ideal for people watching from the bar in the evenings. Sandy Beach is just 1 min from all of these hotels and has beautiful soft sand and clear blue water. It is quieter than either Nissi Beach or Ayia Napa and just as good. Nissi Beach is 15 mins walk and Ayia Napa 40 mins, but there is a good bus service from a stop virtually outside for €1 per trip. Or there is a lovely coastal path which leads in both directions from the beach where you get brilliant coastal views. Tasia Maris Gardens was originally SC apartments but is now All Inclusive.
